Today, Speech & Language Development Australia, in conjunction with the Australian Healthcare and Hospitals Association’s Deeble Institute for Health Policy Research, launched our latest evidence brief, Supporting school aged children with Developmental Language Disorder (DLD).
This new paper reviews current research about evidenced based interventions for children with DLD, both within Australia and internationally, and highlights some key emerging priorities for policy makers.
It further highlights the important work that Speech and Language Development Australia continues to do as a peak body and we remain relentlessly focused on our vision to be the leader in ensuring extraordinary outcomes, beyond what anyone imagined possible, for children and young people with Language Disorder. SALDA will continue to educate, support and advocate for children and young people with Language Disorder, enabling them to find their voice.
